This month we take a look at how last month's staff video was made - in less than 3 minutes. If you missed last month's staff video, we've included it on this month's CD. For a description of the video, see below. As a bonus, we added a reel full of clips we ended up leaving on the cutting room floor.

  6. Into the Groove
  7. Ah, you never know what you can create with everyday things until you try. Andrew Tokuda, former employee of MacAddict and current "disc-meister," (a.k.a. Digital Droo) took a Canon GL1 camera with a microphone and shot random footage in and around the MacAddict offices, keeping one thing in mind: percussion. Using Apple Logic Pro and Final Cut Pro, running on a dual 2GHz Power Mac G5, the beats and their respective clips were cut up, processed, sequenced and mashed together into a rhythmic carnival ride.
